Gitmo Attorney asks Court to Hold Gates in Contempt
Habeas counsel David Cynamon has asked the District Court in DC to hold Secretary of Defense Gates in contempt of court for not obeying a court order to release his client.
Two Released Last Week
One to Kuwait, pursuant to court order and one to Belgium...the identity of the detainee sent to Belgium has not been released.
