2004 Standard Operating Procedures Leaked

My deepest thanks to the individual that is leaking the Guantanamo Standard Operating Procedures... and please keep the leaks coming.... My thanks also extend to the good folks at the Guantanamo testimonials project for their hard work in analyzing these lengthy documents.
