What about the other 300?

Anant Raut has produced an excellent 4-slide PowerPoint on the other 300 Guantánamo prisoners the government says will never be charged with a crime or brought before the military commissions. We are paying a terrible moral price for detaining these men indefinately. But as Anant points out, we are also paying an obscene price in hard, cold cash for Bush's gulag.

We have reproduced the slides as images HERE.

Hello,

I am not sure if this is a real email address or not, but it's the only one I could find.

My name is Troy Antoine LaFaye. I am an independent filmmaker. I live near Minneapolis, MN. I'm sure you must get a great deal of email and quite possibly have been contacted with such a request many times. I first heard of your struggle to serve and free your clients on "The Story" on NPR. Needless to say I was deeply moved and greatly appalled that these things are happening as a result of our own government.

I am very interested to know if you would be interested in creating a documentary about your and your clients' experiences with respect the detainees held at Guantanoma Bay?

This is a story that every man, woman and child in this country needs to hear. Needs to know about. I would like to do whatever in my power to help make that possible.

Please let me know if this is something you have any interest in whatsoever.

Thank you very much,

Troy Antoine LaFaye
