So much for the "clean team"

 

Judge Throws Out Last Defendant’s Confession in Military's Sept. 11 Case.

 

The government is now 0-5 in its efforts to admit the so-called "clean team confessions" to the capital cases at Guantánamo Bay.

By way of background my government tried to work around the torture inflicted on these men by having a new team go in and question them without the torture. sigh.
